All of Auto Lube has wires 110VAC input and 2 wires signal (normal close) from RTK3 or DC3IO. The Lube unit has full oil in the tank, the Red wire 909 and Yellow wire 910 are wired at normal closed position.

·        If the Lube Unit does not have enough oil in the tank, the Red wire 909 and Yellow 910 become open. The control will show alarm “ Lubricant lever low” .It need to add the way oil #2 and alarm will disappear.

·         If the Lube Unit has full oil in the tank, but the control still shows alarm “ Lubricant lever low”. It could be some noise to interfare RTK3, or DC3IO to cause low lube alarm. 

Remedy way :

1.      Turn off power.

2.      Open the top cover of Lube unit, use wire jumper between Red wire 909 and Yellow wire 910.

3.      Now, We are using the lube unit built in alarm to warning us.It will make loud noise when it reach low oil level.Usually, we have to refill oil every 3,4 days; depend on how many hours you work a day.
