How to change O Ring of Spindle
1.Take apart the sheet metal of head. Loosen the four M12 screws on main motor plate, and push the motor forward, and release the main motor belt.
2.Take off the spindle oil tube and spindle air tube. Take apart the 3/8”PTx3/8”H oil connector.
3.Take apart the M10 screw which for keeping spindle steady. Put a wood to shore up the spindle, then use MPG to move spindle head upward to let spindle off.
4.When spindle down to oil fill hole, please insert diameter 14 bar into oil fill hole to prevent O rings damaged.
5.After change the O ring, assemble whole parts back.
