Check Oil
All CNC machine has Auto Lube to pump oil to machine. If you run machine without oil or oil not enough will damage to your machine .We would like the customer checks machine, Lube unit has oil and Auto Lube is working.
Every day turn on power, while machine is going home, use manual button at Lube unit to pump some oil or use under MDI and press button to pump. Doing like that, we know Lube unit work and machine has oil before running the program.
Depend on user run machine, usually about 3-5 days the User have to refill oil, if oil is still full, check Lube unit not work or not power to Lube unit.
