 Laser...Out of Round Circles and Arcs

 
Step1:
Temporary closed laser X and Y-axis
      F1 [Set up]>F3 [Config] type137 enter > F2 [Machine] > F2 [Motor] >Use arrow key move high light to under Screw Comp, and change Y to N for X and Y-axis. Press F10 [Save]. Reboot power. Right now, temporary X and Y-axis no more M comp.
   Note: Don’t select F5 [M comp]. If you select F5 [M comp], the laser will show up and you have to do again changing Y to N under Screw Comp and reboot.
Step 2:
 Check backlash X and Y- axis.
     Moving table in the middle, use indicator to check backlash X and Y-axis. The number backlash X and Y-axis put it in Lash comp under F2 [Motor]. If backlash over 0.002 in, you have to adjust mechanical as belt, gib…
 
 We try to cut a circle now, if it is better than before, so we don’t want to use laser M comp anymore, and delete files cnc10x.tab, cnc10y.tab.
F7 [Utility] > F5 [File Ops] > high light drive [C], press enter > select [cnc10] enter > Use arrow key to select cnc10x.tab and press F1 [Toggle], and select cnc10y.tab -press F1 [Toggle]. After select 2 files cnc10x.tab and cnc10y.tab and press F9 [Delete]
       After that, we need to reboot power
